Return Policy
Exchange and Return Policy:.
If for any reason your are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 21 days for a full refund. Please email your intention to return in order to receive a return authorization number
Soiled, dyed, stoned or special order shoes cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy! Please try on shoes on a clean soft surface to prevent soiling. Items must be returned within 21 days of original purchase, must be in its original packaging, and in completely new condition.
Please use the brown shipping box in which your shoes were shipped to you to make your return. DO NOT SHIP BACK SHOES IN JUST THE MANUFACTURER'S SHOEBOX! If you choose to do this there will be a $10 restocking fee. Shoe bags if included must be returned or a $5 fee with be imposed.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges! We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt or invoice with your return. All returns arriving without this information or other means of instruction will have no action taken on return.
Backorder Policy
If the product you choose is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to advise the approximate restocking time. You will then have the option of placing the product on backorder, receiving a store credit, or you may exercise your right to cancel the order, at which time we will refund the full purchase price.
Shipping Policies

Ballroom Dance Shoes:
For US deliveries all products are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service (Alaska & Hawaii require 2nd Day Air service). Other methods, including overnight service, are available at additional cost.
UPS delivery times vary from one to six business days depending on your location. Shipping & handling fees are based on the following schedule: $9.00 for the first pair, $2.00 each additional pair. International orders shipped via parcel post unless an alternative method is nominated.
For all orders outside the continental United States, $10.00 shipping will be added.

Irish Dance Shoes:
Every effort will be made to process and despatch orders immediately on receipt, subject to stock levels.
Pumps may be despatched from stock. Jig shoes may be subject to a short delay, depending on tipping requirements.
Note: All domestic sales are subject to VAT @ 21 %
If you purchase junior shoes or you are outside of Ireland, VAT does NOT apply to you.
We use the regular Irish Postal Service (An Post SDS), for most consignments of up to 20 kilos in weight. If you have a preference for shipping or if you have an account with FedEx, DHL or another courier, please let us know and we will ship to your requirements. Shipping charges are charged at Net.
Transit times for shipments are approximate:
Ireland, N. Ireland                                                   1 Day
Europe                                                                       2 - 3 days
USA/Canada                                                            4 - 5 days
Australia/New Zealand/S. America                  7 days
Track and Trace numbers are available if requested.

Damaged Goods Policy
If any of our shoes develop a manufacturing fault, we will replace them or refund the cost to you. We ask that these shoes are returned to us for examination to determine the fault.
Payment Policy
Paypal, Visa or Mastercard

  • This is the fastest, simplest and most convenient of our payment methods.
  • Pay for your order using your Paypal Account. Using a Paypal account you can transfer funds from a linked Bank Account, linked Visa Card or linked Mastercard by simply using an email address and password.
  • Or pay for your order using our secure Real_Time Credit Card processor, POWERED by Paypa. NO Paypal Account Required!!!!!
  • Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account in order for our Real-Time processor to process your payment.
  • On successful payment of your order you will receive a payment confirmation email with the subject line: "SR Marketing - Payment Confirmation".
  • Your order will be processed on the day we receive successful payment in full, and NOT before.
Direct Deposit:

  • This is our alternative online payment method.
  • To be finalised with full payment into our Bank Account within 3days  of completing your order unless otherwise arranged.
  • Please include either your full name or order/receipt number as your payment reference.
  • Bank Account details will be provided once you have completed and submitted your order. This will be in an email with the subject line: "SR Marketing - Order Confirmation & Receipt".
  • On successful payment of your order your will receive a payment confirmation email with the subject line: "SR Marketing - Payment Confirmation".
  • Your order will be processed on the day we receive successful payment in full, and NOT before.
Australia Post Money Orders: Personal / Bank Cheques.

  • This is the safest of our payment methods, however this is also the slowest.
  • To be received within 7 days of completing your order unless otherwise arranged.
  • Please make payment in the name of SR Marketing.
  • Delivery details will be provided once you have completed and submitted your order. This will be in an email with the subject line: "SR Marketing - Order Confirmation & Receipt".
  • Personal / Bank Cheque payments require time for the cheques to be deposited and cleared before we continue to process your order.
  • On successul payment of your order you will receive a payment confirmation email with the subject line: "SR Marketing - Payment Confirmation".
  • Your order will be processed on the day we receive successful payment in full, NOT before.
