Yes, you may exchange shoes for the correct size, provided the shoes have not been worn and are in perfect condition. The customer must bear the shipping costs.

How soon may I expect delivery?

Normal delivery times are usually between 14 - 21 days. Special orders will take longer as they have to be manufactured to your specifications.

How do I order the correct size?

Ordering the correct size is best done by tracing the outline of the foot on a plain piece of paper and measuring in cm between the two farthest points. Then check the size on the size conversion chart. Or if you are still unsure fax it to us and we can then determine the correct size for you.

What do I need to know about importing dance shoes?

You will need to be aware of import duties at point of entry to your country, if not an EC member state. Different countries have different rates. We suggest that you contact your local customs agent for this information.
